This warranty does not cover products that have been altered, vandalized, affected by natural disasters or terrorism, improperly assembled or installed contrary to the manufacturer’s recommendations, or misused. The product must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s general care guidelines
All claims must be made to customer service and approved by Equiparc Manufacturier d’Équipement de Parcs Inc. The warranty covers replacement and shipment of replacement parts only.
Equiparc Manufacturier d’Équipement de Parcs reserves the right, at its discretion, to repair or replace any items found defective.
