As we do business with private and public companies, not individuals, the personal information we collect mainly concerns our employees and candidates, in the context of our human resources, payroll, and recruitment activities. This includes, in particular:
Identification information: first name, last name, address, email address, date of birth, telephone number, social security number, health insurance number, sex, and gender.
Financial information: banking information (institution and account number), salary.
Social or family status: marital status, emergency contact information.
Health, education, and training information: medical history, educational and professional background, certificates and diplomas, training courses taken.

Identification information (name, date of birth, RAMQ): benefits management, identity validation in internal systems.
Health information (if necessary): group insurance management and legal obligations regarding occupational health and safety (CNESST).

SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may also disclose personal information to external partners for the purposes described above, including: Service Québec, Service Canada, CNESST, mutual prevention insurance companies, accounting firms, insurance companies, IT services, and any competent authority when required by law.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and to comply with our legal obligations. As a guide:
Employee files: retained for the period required by applicable legal requirements.
Unsuccessful applications: retained for up to 12 months, then destroyed, unless explicit consent is given for extended retention (talent bank).
Tax and payroll documents: retained for the period required by applicable law.

WHERE DO WE STORE PERSONAL INFORMATION AND TRANSFER IT OUTSIDE QUEBEC?
Note: No personal information is transferred outside Quebec.
HOW DO WE PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We implement appropriate security measures, including firewalls, backups, passwords, strict access management, locked filing cabinets, and restricted access to premises.
We periodically review these measures to ensure their effectiveness and relevance. We work with a company specializing in IT security to implement and update best practices.
