For the second year, Equiparc held its Values Gala to promote the Equiparc culture. Each employee participated in a survey to choose the person that represented each iof the 4 Equiparquian values. The elected person was entitled to a certificate of the value they represented, a corporate gift worth $50 and an additional paid day off.
