Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Equiparc, a well-established manufacturer in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (Iberville sector), is looking for a versatile and motivated individual to join its day shift team (Monday to Friday until noon, 40 hours/week).

At Equiparc, your role is essential: you directly contribute to ensuring our products are shipped to parks, streets, and public spaces.

• Load, unload, sort, and move products
• Store merchandise in designated locations
• Prepare orders for shipment
• Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods (purchase orders and shipping documents)
• Inspect shipments (condition and accuracy) and report any discrepancies
• Take photos of shipments when required
• Enter and maintain inventory in the ERP system
• Prepare shipping documents (delivery notes, etc.)
• Weigh pallets and record their weight
• Receive parts from suppliers
• Provide materials and tools required for production teams
• Assist with warehouse organization and maintenance
• Perform forklift inspections
• Collaborate with the team on other related tasks
