Job Responsibility

Desired Skills

  • Performs various tasks: prospecting, preparing, sending and following up on quotes, receiving and checking orders, administrative support, etc;
  • Collaborates with clients and architects for all requests (email, phone, etc…);
  • Sends shop drawings to the contractor or clients for acceptance before the furniture is put into production;
  • Meet with clients to present products and discuss new projects;
  • Maintains the database and CRM;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to serve customers;
  • Participate in trade shows;
  • Collaborates with the VP Business Development for all other related tasks.
  • DEC in administration or DEP in sales consulting (an asset);
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service;
  • Knowledge of the municipal field and landscape architect (an asset);
  • Bilingualism essential;
  • Have a good knowledge of ERP software – Orchestra (an asset);
  • Have a good knowledge of the Office suite.
