Job responsability

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients. 
  • Plan and organize meetings and travel. 
  • Ensure effective communication and information sharing with internal teams. 
  • Identify and qualify prospects. 
  • Actively seek new business opportunities. 
  • Organize meetings and travel to present products. 
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes. 
  • Receive and verify orders. 
  • Provide administrative support related to the role. 
  • Update and maintain the database and CRM. 
  • Achieve sales and performance targets set by management. 
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director on all related tasks. 
  • Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics). 
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and distributors to respond to inquiries (email, phone, meetings). 
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events. 
  • Present products and discuss projects with clients during site visits. 

Desired skills

  • Relevant education in sales or customer service 
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience 
  • Knowledge of the municipal sector and landscape architecture is an asset 
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP software (Orchestra), Microsoft 365, and CRM software (Zoho) 
  • Bilingualism required
