Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
Plan and organize meetings and travel.
Ensure effective communication and information sharing with internal teams.
Identify and qualify prospects.

Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes.
Receive and verify orders.
Provide administrative support related to the role.
Update and maintain the database and CRM.

Collaborate with clients, architects, and distributors to respond to inquiries (email, phone, meetings).

Present products and discuss projects with clients during site visits.
Desired skills
Relevant education in sales or customer service
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience
Knowledge of the municipal sector and landscape architecture is an asset
Strong working knowledge of ERP software (Orchestra), Microsoft 365, and CRM software (Zoho)
